Company management is very poor as many experience staff has left this company because of poor management and having faith in employee who are doing fraud.

Dislikes

One of the worst management of the company where i have worked in my career, as no ground staff ia happy in this company i would not suggest anyone yo work in this company.

Nothing special to mention here, all normal just like any local optical shop.

Dislikes

Higher management is least bothered about the ground staff internal growth, increment or promotion. HO depends on RMs and AMs inspite of having so many bad experiences regarding the integrity and malpractice by them. HO people's don't even bother to investigate or reply to any complaints put to them by the ground staff by mail. This is the worst culture of the company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
