Company has good reputation as well as one of the leading company in Cooling Tower field, all employees have flexible nature, career growth is average, having excellent working environment, good salary, also provide great benefits as long as you work for the company, good work-life balance and the most important & great thing is the team spirit.

Dislikes

All things are good and excellent except one and that is its limitations. The company is deals with the cooling towers only, nothing more to learn other than cooling towers.
