In company tehre is one senior in Frontend development who does partiality and after knowing the higher management they can not take decision against him just because he is the only one developer there so that's why i don't like to work there it's really terrible.

Its a Sole proprietorship so whatever owner says you have to do this even if it is your entitled Job or not . They hire you and later will say they will keep amount 7.5 k from your first 2 salaries as a security , and they wont return you when you leave you have to literally beg them on your knees to get your security amount but they won't give you . Staff is old aged and owner has his own favouritsm , so zero career growth and you will feel being trapped in office politics and you have to do all work ....Read More
