Here Top management is currupt. Internal policits is very high. Unprofessional & rowdy vendor involve at site because of top management blind support.

All Chinese team mates are very co-operative ,willing to adopt Indian conditions and standards.Job is well secure till completion of project. Career growth may be possible with appraisals ( not yet done),Least Politics among colleagues.Good work environment etc..

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
