Colleagues at BeGalileo carveniche are friendly and supportive and biryani at weekend for extra work.

Dislikes

Cofounder is extremely insecure individual who feeds on employees by gaslighting them.Work is not too much but deadlines at work are too tight and expectations and intolerance are very high.Mental health challenges are frequently common.Team manager who is working at company since 14 years is boot licker of boss who does anything toprotect her job.Job security cannot be expected in startups but job security over this place is directly proportional to cofounder, Vivek shaurya emotions....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
