Initially we can improve our communication skill by working in beehive.... moreover we can work in various cities wherever we want....It helps to meet some new people, their culture and some new atmosphere...

Because, that is the Best platform to work for language trainers and the one who wants to develope their knowledge. I have learnt a lot in that place. I did my best there. They encouraged me a lot . That encouragement made me feel proud.

Dislikes

Due to my personal issues, unfortunately I couldn't work. Infact I don't have any issue there.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
