You are deployed on more than one projects at a time without consideration of your time and skillset , how much work you have already etc. No clear division of responsibilities for employees and between teams, its shit show when it comes to higher management. In case of client confrontations the higher management just bails out leaving the lower management and employees to suffer. Make lame reasons to cut your pay. Yes here they cut your and hold back salaries.Also make lame reasons not to give increment. No pay hike after your 2 year in the company. employee here are just tools to earn more money for the owner . No real reason to stay or join unless you are desperate.
