The job profile was very interesting. My role was entire different from rest and was unique. No one had any knowledge on it. Only resource were WW leadership team. Was my exponential growth. Work life was terrible.

Biased, prejudice, discrimination and partiality at its peak in the work culture. If one does not have any reference, he/she should not go there. No work life balance. Unethical work practices by local leadership team in manufacturing.

We have good benefits apart from salary. They conduct culturals periodically which helps us to get out of the work stress bubble.

Work life balance is affected due to late evening calls. Recently the approach to execute the projects have been changed making the work style hectic and keeps you in a stressful situation and drains mentally. The job security Recently has been questioning.

The infrastructure is good. The company provides Breakfast and lunch , which you cannot complain about which is a good thing. Flexible work hours, Office cab , allowances for internet , WFH are good things. At the end of the day it is humans and people that makes a work place a heaven or a hell, and it all comes down to your manager. They have the "Speak Up" culture which is great but people are going to stand by and watch, hear what you say and do probably nothing about it. Your performance is not valued much , but educational background is. The relieving experience is terrible, where your fair requests are not valued or respected. They some how think that they reserve the right to lay off people in 15 mins, but when you ask for a mere 15 days early release out of a 90 days notice, that is not in their interest....Read More

Lots of transformation is going on in company they are directly transfer to o employees on contract basis. and if you are not agree than directly terminating to employees in very short time 1 to 2 day.. I really disappointed 😞 this company process.. really company was good but now it's not good for employees..

Offers less salary to new employees who deserves to get more salary. There is no difference between Under graduates and Post graduates in terms of salary. The employees who are holding under graduation and less percentage in academics offered more salary than the employees who are holding higher grades, awards and post graduation. HR's are not in the position to evaluate the employee and offers deserving salary based on Educational background, years of experience and technology they are working. Even the cab drivers make same salary in a month. Then why our parents spent lot of money for education since childhood. I request HR's to keep in mind to offer a salary to an employee He/She deserves to be. or else employees will keep on changing to other companies.
