Bechtel has some great talented people from whom one can learn many great things.

Salary paid are very less and increments are very slow. Primary aim of company is to make employee work at minimum possible wage. Work life balance is zero. Forced to work on weekend and upto late hours on weekdays. Canteen food is like hell. Never give opportunity to learn by sending employee to US office. India office has no valueand behave as puppet of US office. Top management people are very narrow minded. Give false hope and motivation to retain employee everytime. I have been working for this company for last 9 years and was always on project never been on bench with good employees annual rating. However in this istuation Bechtel has not given me even a single day retention and fired me.

People work with the instruction of management and are not free to think anything new. Mostly sir business nothing else
