Everything was good with bechtel, but one mistake Bechtel did with AT&T, now they are not the part of AT&T project, even other Companies (jacobs/Ericsson) are doing good with the AT &T. Due to discontinue with AT&T project, we left Bechtel. But again I am waiting to work with bechtel, once Bechtel will start working with any telecomdomain project with AT& T or T-Mobile or with any telecom company....Read More

After discontinue with AT &T project, I was working in Bechtel for intel- cardinal project, here i discontinue with the project and left the Company because of the only one manager - Writaparan sen (bengali guy). He is having very bad/hectic cruel nature. He is having no one quality of manager even he don't know how we need to talk with our employees coworkers, always only he knows shouting on employee. Finally I realised Everything is struggling in that one project with him. In my previous project manager Abhishek goel, anju malik Ma'am every one is having good nature behaviour. But only because of Writaparan sen everyone was disappointed in that one team, please take care of those guys in team, if possible please fire to writa from this good Bechtel Company, he don't have good quality behaviour to work in that one company. It pays more than market rate. If unfortunately u have no option but join this company, don't forget to negotiate and ask for atleast 20-30 % more than they are offering.

Dislikes

No work culture at all. You need to work during ur office hours as well as during night ..on Saturday and Sundays as well without any OT. Workload is incesecent, you will get no breathing space to learn. Every 1 including the higher management is insecure about their jobs.
