No job security. Employees can be removed same day of joining without seeing their performance. Many employees are already removed from day one of joining to within a year without evaluating their performance. Even after giving offer letter and date of joining, bechtel rejected a day before joining date without any reason. Very risky, use and kick out type company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are suppotive and management is transparent and effective in communication. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give fair salary hike and bonus every year. During pandemic, they are trying to save people's job by cutting down salaries.

Its all about team work and Bechtel has the correct methods in place for this. Salary and appraisals are very good. The company encourages you to learn and better yourself with their university program. The work invironment is always something unique. The work-life balance is very good and other companies could learn from them.

One needs to re apply for open positions thats available intenally or external when the project are completed or near completion.
