The company had an amazing startup culture. They started with rolling up the sleeves. The Founders are really humble and down to earth. Teams are great with cross functional collaboration as well. The product is marvelous.

Dislikes

Unfortunately due to lack of provisioning and budgeting they were cornered to take tough calls. Those tough calls resulted in attrition as the firm was no more employee friendly and became number friendly only. Lacked transperancy in overall company culture. Witnessed one of the worst top management in the firm. New leaders created utter chaos. Be ready to Kill your self esteem and do what they tell you to do (your ideas suggestions, write them down on a paper and burn it for good). No one cares about employee satisfaction at all, HR team is the worst of all, no employee connects. They do not work for the employees, they just work for the numbers. They offer good salary ,but no job security , they fired 100+ employe in just one month duraration and said they want to company degitalized. They not work with human they convert their all process via Ai .Agar aapko krna ni tha ho hire ktu kiya , ek bar contniue hire krke 100+ logo ko lay off kr diya . Job security bilkul zero
