This is a newly emerging medtech startup with it's CEO and CMO hailing from IIT Hyderabad. Work atmosphere is good but sometimes it gets hectic but ample opportunities to learn and grow nonetheless. Since this is a startup, there is nothing such as organised work structure, every work has to start from scratch and this is where learning curve goes on increasing. Excellent exposure to real life problems especially in Indian healthcare industry. Overall, excellent place to learn, employees are friendly too. It would have been better if benefits would have been there but work life balance is good. Finally, since this is a startup, everything can't be expected out of it but the management makes sure, noone feels left out. I would recommend this to any new grad student or for internships, one can learn hugely here....Read More

Dislikes

Work centric people and less room for hangouts and chilling. Sometimes, work gets hectic enough that one may have to work for more than 9 hours a day but nowadays, they're making sure that noone works for more than 9 hours ( including 1 hour mandatory break according to labour laws)
