There is nothing to like totally frustrated with the company work environment. HOD of the Finance and Audit department is the worst person that I have ever seen in between my work life till date. I have serve more than 8 months in this company but there is nothing to learn. No job security. They were extended your probation period by stating that your performance is poor. The reason behind for extension of probation period is not to enter you in the leave cycle. If you travel for companies work purpose and submit all the TA bill they will not reimbursed your payment fully by stating that cost is too High. Two of my office colleague are facing same issues.
