There is nothing to like totally frustrated with the company work environment. HOD of the Finance and Audit department is the worst person that I have ever seen in between my work life till date. I have serve more than 8 months in this company but there is nothing to learn. No job security. They were extended your probation period by stating that your performance is poor. The reason behind for extension of probation period is not to enter you in the leave cycle. If you travel for companies work purpose and submit all the TA bill they will not reimbursed your payment fully by stating that cost is too High. Two of my office colleague are facing same issues. Average work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is average. Company policies are not good Because it will be change every time . appraisals are not fair and they give poor salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
