High level of Safety culture Developed OHC, Safety Department WWPT and ETP for Health Safety and Environment Regular AMC and Spouse Health Check up for every year Children Scholarship Well maintained canteen and bus facility DCS and Advance Equipments in all plants and other departments

Dislikes

Main problem in BVPL is Passenger Lift is not available in all new plants although they are very highted. Canteen is well maintained but food quality is very poor. BVPL is excellent for work but some R Managers are very badly behave with their bottom line employees

It is not a good place to work as people are toxic who are spooling culture at Bayer there are safety issues for women and also male dominated culture though female are at Top management no policies for women colleagues

Culture policies towards women compensation is poor Hierarchy is not right as powerless designations are there not well qualified people on top position

Highly incompetent leaders. No growth mindset. Takes years to execute an already existing solution which will leave you with no impact in the organisation. Politics > Skills Working on out-dated technologies. Technical managers are almost like people managers with no technical competency. No technical discussion in team meetings. No job security because of the 3 decades low trading stock.

Company policies are not same for all. Work not appraise, job role discussed at the time of interview , but the level of job offer was hidden, so about such experience person I am, the lower level job position joined. Food is not good quality in canteen, and nobody is taken care off.
