The work culture was very relaxed and easy going. There was no stress as such and majority of the people were good. Due to Bayer buying Monsanto, my team's work was out-sourced with just the manager being retained and the rest 12 of us asked to go.

Dislikes

I was a contract worker there hence there was a lot of disparity in the treatment of the FTEs and the contract workers. There was no clarity regarding the future when the buy-out phase was happenning. They kept us guessing till the last moment whether we will be retained or let go. Fortunately I left the team before they could ask me to go.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
