Products are good and surgeons see real dufference interms of patient outcome.

Lots of stuffs- 1. No work life balance, need to attend OT, webex calls, telecon etc, no personal life, for bachelor or fresher's it's ok. 2. No job security, anything wrong from employee side, they are asked to leave very next day. 3. Expenses reimbursement process is too complex sometimes takes 3 months or more to get the amount. 4.Infiltration in market and management knows the fact and there is no action been taken on the same, even reiterating for many months. 5. Incentive structure is too complex. 6. Worst experience with Baxter, now regreting why did I change for just minimal 20-30% hike....Read More

My work was challenging and even when left was, too much infiltration, politics in management, team player is not at all cooperative.
