As per my opinion organisation is not spending on employees day to day need. Like transportation, lunch or dinner, people are fearful to take small decision.

5 day week and 8 hour of working in india in Ahemdabad Manufacturing Unit which is great no other pharma company is giving this work balance. Company culture is best Initially they will give good hike after that there is 6-8% increment
