Fellow employees are really nice and helpful

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent accordingly but career growth is slow. Bond of 2 years is there before which you cannot resign and if you do, it is not a smooth process. New joiners are not given any formal training, the current employees are told just to guide the new ones.Very strict timings. Lunch break is for 30 minutes for which even 5 minutes extra cannot be taken....Read More
