Work life balance is okay. External hires get good package.

Dislikes

Toxic leaders don't promote skill but promote their favorite girls in the name of diversity. Promotions give only 3-5% hike which you get anyways even when you don't get promoted,so what's the point. Appraisals are worst at Barclays, 3-5% avg hike every year. No benefits, rewards, reward points etc. Nothing.

Barclays Bank offer their staffs with training that will ease their job to bring about realization of their vision. Again me been a staff and a motivational speaker every year the bank impact the community with mentorship programs that creat a platform for me to explore in mentorship and motivations

The only dislike to my perspective the community mentality to the bank creat an block for many to bank with Barclays..Mass believe that the bank is for the Rich.

Work Details

Working with Barclays to me was just another opportunity for my growth.. you t was a milestone for me.. it gave me a chance to realise how good I was in sales..to a point of been the 3rd in the country company Ranking (dashboard)
