Its very nice firm to learn and obviously i learned alot here many metallurgical process heat treatment like patenting ,Annealing , pickling of high carbon steel also solution Annealing, pickling of stainless steel I also learned failure Anaysis - Microstructure inspection , inclusion and decarb , grain size , study of cracks and its propagation , hardness , resistivity and conductivity.

Dislikes

Salary & Growth level is not like that i deserve

Work Details

Process control of heat treatment - patenting , Annealing ,picking of stainless and high carbon steel Faliure Anaysis - micro , inclusion , crack s and its propagation ,decarb , grain size inspection

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
