ISRO vs Analog Design Engineer

Hello All. I am asking this question. I am a final year M.Tech student at IIT-B specializing in Integrated Circuits and Systems. I have two offers as mentioned below - 1) ISRO Scientist/ Engineer 'SC' (Location - Ahmedabad) 2) Offer from Cadence as Analog Design Engineer (Location - Pune) I am unable to make a decision. While the central government scientist post does seem lucrative I am also attracted to the fact that I am a Mumbaikar and would actually love to stay in Mumbai whilst still getting a better pay sitting very close to Mumbai. Can anyone from ISRO/SAC - Ahmedabad shed some light as to what kind of work is done in Electronics ? How is the Work Life Balance in ISRO/SAC - Ahmedabad ? Is it true that we need to work overtime and also work on weekends ? Because if that is the case I would very well do it in a private organization thereby earning more money. I however would like to spend quality time with family and avoid WFH kind of arrangements. Not very sure.

As a fresher they provide 15k sal in most call centre they won't provide 15k, so this is the only one parks I can able to see in bank bazar

Once you'll have experience of 5,6 months then you all will realise what is called pressure, there are some TL who is really very supportive and there are some some TL who will always give you pressure after couple of months experience, they will set a target like say as example you have to sell 25 credit card for each day there arelot of people who were not able to sell even 15 or more than that and if you will not able to complete your target then they won't let you leave the office within 6, so your office time may extend upto 6:30 or 6:45 or may 7. And another disadvantage of bank bazar they won't give you more than 15k upto 3 years of experience,let's say you have 3 year of experience in any other company in telecaller and if you want to join bankbazar with 3 year of experience then their are no benifits of any experience of other company, Whatever experience you may have for past company it won't be a advantage for current bank bazar company,if you work there they will take a fresher and their fresher salary is 15k.In bank bazar there are no incentive in every month ,only in March month you may get incentive (outof 400 people may be max 40 people are getting incentive those who have very good knowledge in sales )....Read More

Very Good ambience to work for and all the floor coaches were very helpful and friendly to teach us the process.. and my very first TL vidhyasagar Sir was extremely Friendly..Loved the Job...
