I must adress several concerning observations. During the interview the head of marketing's remark, "Mujhe samne vale ko nanga karna aata hai agar mujhe results na mile" was both unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, scheduling issues and inappropriate delays with the Vice Present of HR were evident throughout subsequent interview stages. Despite being assured of a positive outcome, the lack of follow-ups and transpiracy regarding the status of my application was disappointing. Regrettably, attempts to seek clarification were met with difficulty in reaching the HR. While I appreciate the opportunity, the overall process did not meet professional standards. Given the evident shortcomings of the organization, not being a part of it would be views as a fortunate outcome.
