HR and IT management and services standards are not as per Industry standards. Higher Executives are too much stressed by the DFS. CVC intervention is killing the productive yield in the employees.

Bank's presence in all time zone's of the world give ample opportunities of foreign postings. Salary is as per settlement and more or less equal in all the banks.
