Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Daily work was not so demanding of my time and efforts. Compensation is high as compared to my work demands.

Dislikes

No career advancement; Expats too don't have much training opportunities.

Not much pressure, Re: my leaving the Bank, our New Compliance Head (new boss) ended my contract becoz of my age and that I am an expat. However despite my age (62), I still feel very healthy physically & mentally., so pls help me get a good job.
