There is nothing which is good in Bandhan bank. Actually it is not matured as a bank.

Dislikes

The work culture of my branch, specifically the DSC. Female employees are asked to go for field verification even if they are posted in an unknown place, miles away from home. In my branch there were sometimes scarcity of water and on top of everything there was not even a female washroom.. please don't join Bandhan bank.
