After Retirement of old MD of the company's policy and everything suddenly changed, from the last two years work environment and culture getting worse, politics peeking his head out at every Dept. Not recommending to join this company, Company policies are worse, appraisal not fair and they gave only 500/- Rs Salary hike before Covid19 pandemic and company not willing to keep old employees whose salary is in mid or big range, they are transferring you to remote location plant or started harassing you by politics,...Read More

Dislikes

There is lot of politics a d the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Appraisal policy is not fair, your hard work gives only Rs. 500/- salary hike.
