Job is insecure for every single day. Worst work culture. Management isn't supportive. Company policies are one sided to favour only management and make profit for own only. Balark is "Pvt Ltd" but works like proprietorship firm. Still many more.

Dislikes

Seniors and teammates aren't supportive. Junior becomes victim of clashes between seniors which makes worst work environment. Waste of time for Junior/ fresher. Management never shown their interest to solve problems among the employees, never monitor the work atmosphere. Still it is hard to describe what is Balark. Balark keeps both policies of time wages system & work wages system for every employee. Salary is calculated hourly for office staff too....Read More

Still I am struggling since 2+ years, no formal training session. I applied to resign but management do not allowed. They are wasting the time of employee. Very bad experience.

Cultureless people, poor management. Don't know how to treat and behave with colleagues/workers.
