Dislikes

Unstructured work culture, lot's of favoritism. Nobody borrows what work virtual team is doing (actually they doesn't do anything and enjoy salary). They hire people for senior positions and within 3 months ask them to leave the organization. Really this is so toxic.

the very first thing, the company recognize my caliber of work. I have my work-life balance, HR policies are clear and detailed. work culture gives me the freedom to explore new heights. Overall I am an employee who looks at each morning to go back to my work.
