i have worked under assistant production manager hari sir he gave me an enough information about all departments and the product he actually made me to do the work practically inside the factory and all the executives supported me to work and gain my knowledge practically i would like to thank hari sir sonal ma'am and every one who supported me through my journey

Dislikes

they wont follow the culture and the tradition on some special occasions employee wont follow the greeting culture

Likes

Working environment was so good and came to know about the HR policies and prepared the employee handbook where the Kavitha ma'am and Sonal ma'am both were so friendly and they guided me very well.

Dislikes

The only thing that I disliked is that the employees were not interactive with the interns at the starting days but later on even they were friendly and they need to celebrate the traditional festivals in the office.
