Listen carefully bro, this company is only good for individual who is money needy and that guy is ready to sell their soul. In exchange of happiness, he/she will gain lot's of money, party, and much more reimbursements.

HR here generally hires the crazy product managers who don't have clarity and does politics on developer, also they get hired mostly girls, just because they look cute and but actually donkey by top floor.

1: You don't have to worry about bad things, QA manager will tell you what to say in front of SMT, every review is fixed just like a match fixing. 2:QA manager is not skillful, he fools SMT, you can fool him, he does not know single line of code, but he will pretend to be very smart and every good thing is done by him.
