GB1A to GB3A Band is auto promotion but after that if also all skill knowledge and experience we have not promoted for next band GB3B . Whenever vacancy is open than they things about this but it’s not fixed ….

Bajaj finance is very good company.l like so much respect of all.

Local some manager are very wastage manner, don't have proper leadership qualities.... specially my reporting Manager. Some days before worked as relationship manager fortunate became cluster manager with help of fraud carrier docs.& His senior are very fool.

No life work balance. Asked to work on holidays and even national holidays. No overtime pay. Lots and lots of overtime. Expected to work after office hours on a daily basis. No geographical and cultural understanding of different locations from the upper hierarchy. There's way too much to mention.

Promotions are due , Annual Increment is very poor , very less hike , No Growth 📈 Collection strategy is very poor ..

I was good here in Bajaj you spend so much on your employees and make them to feel like they fulfill their needs with timely increments and bonuses

Personal life get affected because if a person is earning but he has family also to give them time and use money for family
