Worst and worst work life balance just HR will be there for a name sake that’s it for example they will send a circular of 1st two saturdays are holidays but there will not be there any kind of holidays even on sundays, Dussehra, Diwali, Ramzan, Christmas Just they need business a lot but employees are dying with heartaches even small age category(24-35) employees are dying with that reason that kind of a pressure that too without any timings or holidays that’s the bajaj Bajaj will make an employee as a robot with spilling money 💵 But life is not only about money or job just those 2 are the part of a life that’s it Please Bajaj Finserv just change with some positive mind towards the employees, if you continue the things same like this then future generations will not be with that same current mindset at that point of time all company will be collapsed then that’ll be only the end...Read More
