Company is very very good and all department is very good but Opreation department is not good because it’s pressure Insuranse sales , I am working with Opreation department, many problems, no limit Work Timing and no holiday as per company policy , politics, Presser for Insuranse sales , I am not work in Sales department but only preserving for only sales Insurance (POS goal suracha Insuranse) and Manager behaviour are not good , Salary 5 % deduct in Covid-19 and PP not come on 6 or 7 month but my work Performance all month is 100% above , recent month my performance is 150% But company good and all department good but Opreation department not good so I have resign on 24 th November 2020 , my last working day is 7 th January 2021 then I am job less . But salary credit on time...Read More
