Worked with some good seniors & his guidance forever helpful in my future carriers.

In this company perception of employee immediately changed specifically for top senior level & forget about employee hard works of many yrs which helpful to company to gain of profits & increased portfolio size..... Appraisal process is very poorest & doing on perception basis instead employee performance. HR & Prayas team helpless to clarified if you talked about on which basis appraisal done....... As I have mentioned appraisal happened basis on perception without any discussions of employee..........Read More

Hi, I was an off role employee in Bajaj Finance, I was terminated from Bajaj 7 years ago and that too for a fraud which I had reported to the risk department, and now I have received 8 to 10 direct payroll job offers from Bajaj and I am thinking is this possible to rejoin?
