Lot of things, from work culture to gundagiri of seniors. They ask to seat in the office without reason and forced to pay by employees pocket for target achievement

There are only few departments where work culture and overall customer satisfaction is great due to manager's management, rest everywhere there is micromanagement, unconditional pressure.

Employee benefit Policies are just on paper and HR and SMTs somehow finds a way out to exploit employee and his queries and issues are unheard.
