It fells great to have worked for NEC India for almost 1.8 years. Work life balance and parental leave policies are excellent. NEC India monitors each employees ongoing skill development and develops training programs accordingly. The firm gives you a lot of opportunities to work with different types of clients and different technical stacks as long as you keep your skill set up to date.
