Couple of decades back, it was the best place to learn and learn more. One had every opportunity and freedom to be involved in most of the activities. Especially, when every manufacturing activity was in house, the engineers of those times (including me) could see and learn about the complete processes, of every aspect of manufacturi ng a vehicle. The learning curve was very steep and remained so for 2 decades. Seniors would encourage every such activity. Career growth happened without much prodding and HR was almost non-existent. A decade back, more professionals joined the company and the direction, as well as employer-employee relations changed course. HR professionals bought in software industry protocols, disrupting the existing normal, of a auto industry. Currently, job security is at a new low. Job satisfa ction artificially remains for those who have come in of late on high packages and who intend to move out in a couple of years time. Loyalty to the job is only proportional to the pay and perks one is able to negotiate with HR. Work has become transactional, without any soul. Life has turned into a blur of power point presentations, rather than actual, factual ground work....Read More

It started from stints at Service Department, brief stint in Motorsports, moving onto Product Engineering and then R&D. Testing, Validation, New Product Development & Homologation were the core. Last stint as Product Support in International Business.

Very pathetic,t terrible, no body is happy with management policies, worst culture... Bajaj is Man driven company and it is not system driven .recently Bajaj has removed forcefully 122 employees during Covid tough time.... overall there is job guarantee.....

1. No Job security you are threatened on regular basis (Bossism), 2.HR dept is a joke here, Poor HR policies, People sitting in HR never responds to your queries, 3. This company offers more salary but 30% is variable, they will cut/revise/reduce your salary if your performance is rated average/low(Rating process is done in unethical manner), 4 No skill development activities done for field personnel. People are kept in frontline even after service of more than 10 years (No growth). 5. people will get stuck in this company due to high salary. 6. Problem started from 2018 onwards when new functional heads joined and Company policies were changed/modified. 7. No work life balance....Read More
