They're all fraud. At first they tell you that they'll give you fixed salary of 19k. For that you've to crack IRDAI exam , give them a business of 3L and four candidates. But after a completing it you'll eventually find out that there's nothing like fixed salary , they'll give you 7k if you give business of 50k minimum in a month and additional 12k if you give a business of 1L. Nothing is there to tell nice about Bajaj .pls don't work here .They will give us fake promises about income and all and hide so many things and give you false expectations. Don't fall in their trap.

Worst company to work ever. I worked for 4 months in this company without any salary as promised in interview time. Full our waste of time and arrogant people least bothered whether we work or don't they don't they won't come to know unless they are mind is involved in making money for themselves.

Company was excellent in 2003-2008 but later many managers migrated to other computer companies also some corrupt development officers spoilt the morale of working services offered by co were very efficient people got their maturity claims instantly in their bank accounts

Some development officers after 2007 were dishonest and caused heavy losses to agents they were corrupt but no action could be taken against them
