THese are scammers especially HR and CEO are fraudulent. Won't pay promised salary even. Variable pay in CTC will never be paid out nor will they give you relocation. No WFH even in this day and age ! .. These people need a mental examination.

It is small closely knitted family. I liked the people and collaborating with different teams. It has an open culture and freedom to express your opinions.

It is a small startup, so you don't get a lot of benefits. Daily wfo was a bit tiring due to commute.

You get to learn a lot and take on a lot of responsibilities. You also have a platform to voice your views which is taken seriously by even the top execs. The work timings are very chill and you can take small breaks in between as well.

There is nothing about the company that is good especially never hope for any help from HR team. They are the worst and no use team there.

I had a very toxic manager. I had even complained about her but no one took any action on her. The work culture is too toxic and there is no system in the company 😔
