I was attended interview in baidyanath minerals. this is my interview experience. 1. the interviewer (i guess he was the director) was signing some paper, he not even any eye contact and start taking interview. 2. instead of asking my previous experience and what i have done. he started asking his question and i am unable to answer the question. 3. he started judging me and he said, you dont know anything, you dont have any knowledge, why you are searching job, learn something and then come to interview,. why you are wasting my time and all 4. the way of talking was very rude and may be he has lot of ego and dont have idea that how to take interview. 5. i guess the name was sachin. 6. guess please stay away from this company. 5....Read More
