Despite his education, he appears to lack effective team management skills and behaves as though he holds more authority than he actually does. Unfortunately, he does not seem to be well-suited for a managerial role. The company remains operational largely due to Sachin Bajla, the owner. However, prospective employees should be aware that job security can be a concern. On a positive note, the colleagues and staff are very kind and supportive.
