Nitin Chakole, as a manager, tends to struggle with listening to others and often diverts discussions with his own irrelevant points. Despite his education, he appears to lack effective team management skills and behaves as though he holds more authority than he actually does. Unfortunately, he does not seem to be well-suited for a managerial role. The company remains operational largely due to Sachin Bajla, the owner. However, prospective employees should be aware that job security can be a concern. On a positive note, the colleagues and staff are very kind and supportive. I joined the company as an HR professional, but feel that my four months here have not been well-utilized.
