All team mates of micu department is good. But matron madhuri is not taking proper decision against staff. And there is no salary appraisal. Without any reason they are changing department. I went at wadia for cardiac experience but she has changed.after so many request she react arrogently.cardiac department is very good. But management from matron is worst.

Management of matron after humble request not to change department from cardiac she has changed my department without giving any reason. Even though may departmental staff do not have any complaints against me. No complaints from doctors, nurses, incharge, servents, etc. Worst experience.
