Work work work... Company run by lot of malayalis... So there is always politics in work place as well administration... They support only malayalis....

Dislikes

.. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1. Salaries will be given on time. 2. If u have good relation with your superiors, you'll get even 3 months leave. 3. Good Platform for learners. 4. Secured Job 5. Family accommodation will be given including furniture, personnel car if you have engineer visa. 6. Friendly environment for Malayalies

1. Very low salaries and incentives are also very low. 2. Too much politics. If u r not from kerala, it will be difficult to sustain more than a project. 3. There will be career growth in this company. 4. Horrible working hours i.e: 5:30 am to 8:00 pm 5. If u join here, forget your personal life. 6. Too much work load.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
