Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Favouritism is Very HIGH in Baggit. If they hire you and after sometime they get any of their friends to work then they will Remove you , just to hire their own favourite person. Sales HOD doesn't wants to cope up with the market trend, the market, customer requirement hence baggit is being removed from many large format stores PAN india. No job security and stability. Company is financially lame as its major exclusive stores are in pathetic conditions and not getting repaired or renovated. Incentive and reimbursement takes 6 months minimum to get disbursement....Read More
