Indian brand giving direct and indirect jobs to locals.

Dislikes

Overall it is ok company to work with. Needs improvement in all departments. Owner should have trust on Top management and should give them free hand to perform. Cash flow is too slow which affects salary and payments to its vendor.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

Favouritism is Very HIGH in Baggit. If they hire you and after sometime they get any of their friends to work then they will Remove you , just to hire their own favourite person. Sales HOD doesn't wants to cope up with the market trend, the market, customer requirement hence baggit is being removed from many large format stores PAN india. No job security and stability. Company is financially lame as its major exclusive stores are in pathetic conditions and not getting repaired or renovated. Incentive and reimbursement takes 6 months minimum to get disbursement....Read More
