teammates are good and friendly,job security is depend on ur performance,career group is not at all they expect less salary more work, no salary on time, incentive is 00 becz they expect more profile from store team ,but there is no backend support they don't work on what exactly we have issue to not to complete the target

Work environment is decent no growth at all, work load is high sometime I have to work for 10_12 hours straight in a day
