Good Team Mates. As a team, there was a very good understanding however didnt really get along that well with the boss.

1. no proper work-life balance, always being judged for the work we do, negative feedbacks for every work, whats app groups were too many.. 2. Incentives were not paid on time we were told that it would be quarterly and even after achieving targets the MD marks down as per her mood which is unfair to employees. 3.The incentives were paid only after we attend the camps if we dont attend and complete the targets the incentives are not paid. 4. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Favouritism is Very HIGH in Baggit. If they hire you and after sometime they get any of their friends to work then they will Remove you , just to hire their own favourite person. Sales HOD doesn't wants to cope up with the market trend, the market, customer requirement hence baggit is being removed from many large format stores PAN india. No job security and stability. Company is financially lame as its major exclusive stores are in pathetic conditions and not getting repaired or renovated.
